Monday,
August 9th, we had a very successful Blood Drive at TAPC.
Michigan Blood collected twenty pints that day. A special
thank you to all who helped and participated. Our next drive
will be Monday, October 11. As of the August blood drive,
Pastor Vogeley has donated a total of twenty-two gallons of
blood.
A special
THANK YOU to the Office Volunteers that filled in during June
and July's absence of a TAPC Secretary. Volunteers that gave
of their time and talent were Steve and Patti Casey, Patty
Chonich, Judy Crain, Susan Davis, Phyllis Fales, Jan Fox,
Paula Horcha, Diane Macleod, Vida Minard and Kathy Moore.
Jeanne Hebner took care of children's sermon sheets; Patty
Vogeley-Sermon work sheets-Shaynee Paauwe-Newsletter-Rhonda
Perri-helped with computer problems-Nawana Visser-handled
visitors register.

to our new secretary Judie Allen..... |
| Judie
began her duties on August 2nd. If you haven't introduced yourself,
please drop by during her office, hours-Monday through Thursday,
9-3 p.m. Judie currently lives in West Branch, but she will
be moving to East Tawas soon. She has one daughter, Nanette,
that lives in Branson, MO, and one son, Brook, who lives in
Midland, MI. Judie grew up in Sterling, MI. Also 2 grandsons,
living in Mio, MI. She was a hairdresser for 12 years, and the
past ten years was employed with Lawyers Title in Grand Rapids,
MI. She moved back to West Branch in March of 2009 and is so
happy to be back ...home. Judie has always loved the Tawas Area,
and the Lord so graciously answered prayer by providing the
TAPC secretarial position. |
