The Session
adopted a NEW
Inclement Weather or Emergency Closure Policy.
1) Use common sense and good judgement.
If you don't feel comfortable getting to Church, DON'T!
The Session does not want anyone risking their safety in trying
to get to Church for any reason.
2) All Church functions will be held UNLESS there
is a broadcast civil defense announcement declaring an emergency
and for people to stay off the roads. Remember, we are an AREA
Church' and the weather patterns in Tawas might be different
than those in Oscoda, Standish or Sand Lake. Even if school
is cancelled in your area, remember we cover over 5 different
school districts.
3) If, for any reason, we need to cancel a Church function,
we will notify you through a telephone calling tree' (email
ONLY if time permits) and a message will be put on the phone
answering machine. |
| Worship

by the Session. Purchasing will be coordinated by the Church
Secretary and the Worship/Music Committee. |
| Facilities

Our
Sanctuary is beautifully decorated for Easter. You can help
with this by purchasing Easter Lilies in honor or in
memory of person(s) dear to you. Make your check out for
the amount of however many lilies you want to order. Complete
this form, put your check with it and either bring it or mail
it to the Church office no later than Sunday, March 16th.
I wish
to order ____ lily plant(s) @ $ 12.50 each.
