LET'S GO OUT TO THE BALL GAME

CPR-AED TRAINING

ONE-HOUR INTRODUCTORY / REFRESHER COURSE
CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) is an emergency lifesaving procedure that is performed when a person's own breathing or heartbeat has stopped. An AED (automated external defibrillator) is a portable medical device that is used to deliver an electrical shock to a person experiencing cardiac arrest. Roxanne Rosenfeld, a nurse at St. Joseph Hospital, will give the basic CPR and AED (kept in our church lobby) hands-on practice training with manikins. Dress comfortably. A valuable refresher course for ushers, elders and deacons!
