Meeting - Sunday June 5th |

The
quarterly congregational meeting is scheduled for Sunday June
5th immediately following worship in the sanctuary. This is
just an informational meeting, by the Session, to bring the
congregation up to date on our financial status and any on-going
and future projects that are in the works.

p.m. PROGRAM: ‘Flag Day: Old Glory, Then and Now
|
| Flag
day is just around the corner, yet sometimes overlooked on the
summertime calendar. But like Memorial Day and Independence
Day, it's a red-white-blue date and a perfect time to honor
the American experience by flying the Stars and Stripes. Ed
Davis will trace how Old Glory has changed over the centuries
(it didn't always have 13 red and white stripes!), and brochures
on flag etiquette, compliments of the American Legion, will
be provided. |
