| STEWARDSHIP/FINANCE |

The purpose
of this committee is to help church members focus on using
their resources to serve God and to develop and institute
a sound financial plan for the church.
Serving on this committee in 2009 were: Steve Casey, Al
Gould, Jerry and Paula Horcha, Jack Loch, Shirley MacLeod,
Jim Murton, Chuck Reddick, Bob Visser, Jerry Wergedal, Jim
Minard, (Treasurer), Vera Granger (Financial Secretary). The
committee met monthly, on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Committee
responsibilities:
- Conducted the operating fund campaign (annually, in
the fall)
(pays all expenses - except the mortgage - necessary to
run the church)
- Conducted Mortgage Reduction Fund Campaign (once every
3 years)
(Dedicated fund- used only for mortgage payments.)
- Prepared the annual church budget
(presented to the Session and the congregation in January)
- Audited and Reviewed financial records
(Internal audit is conducted annually; professional audit,
every 5 years)
- Made personnel recommendations to the Session
- Counting Team Thanks to: Phyllis Fales, Al Gould,
Sandy Hollenbeck, Bea Martin, Chuck and Kathy Reddick, and
Sally Voshell.

There
are 3 sub-committees of the Stewardship/Finance committee:

1.
- Church Endowment Fund
The Purpose is to provide for a mutual fund account, established
with the Presbyterian Foundation, into which contributions
can be made that will continue into the future. For more information,
brochures are available in the literature rack in the foyer.
This committee is chaired by Al Gould and Andre` DeWilde.
2.
- Memorial
The purpose of this committee is to oversee the recording
and distribution of all memorials. It meets quarterly or as
needed.
Serving on the Memorial Committee in 2009 were: Sharyl
Darnall, Phyllis Fales, Kaye Leisher, Shirley MacLeod, Bea
Martin, Audrey Nelson, Ileen Parker and Jerry Wergedal.
We maintained the garden all Spring, Summer and Fall, winterized
the garden and placed the lighting for the holiday season.
We acknowledged all gifts given to the T.A.P.C. Memorial Fund
and updated the
Memorial book as needed. Respectfully submitted, Shirley

Personnel
The purpose of this committee is to evaluate paid employees,
including the Pastor, interview them, and recommend benefits
and pay raises.
Serving on this committee in 2009 were: Al Gould, Shirley
MacLeod, and Audrey
Nelson. The committee met as needed.
