The purpose of this committee is to help church members focus on using their resources to serve God and to develop and institute a sound financial plan for the church.

Serving on this committee in 2011 were: Shaynee Paauwe, Shirley MacLeod, Ron Doak, Jerry & Paula Horcha, Lee Parker, Mike Crain, Jim Minard (Treasurer) and Vera Granger, Financial Secretary. This committee meets monthly, on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. If you have an interest in this function of the church, please talk to one of the committee members about serving on this committee.

Committee responsibilities:

• Conduct the operating fund campaign (annually in the fall)
  (Pay all expenses necessary to run the church)
  
• Prepared the annual church budget
  (Presented to the session and the congregation in January)
• Made personnel recommendations to the session.
  
• Counting team (Thanks to): Phyllis Fales, Al Gould, Sandy Hollenbeck, Ron Doak, Evelyn Moon, Ed Davis, Jim Minard and Chuck and Kathy Reddick..
  

We wish to thank all of the committees that organized projects that helped with Debt Reduction and other expenses of the church this past year.

Looking forward to 2012, being debt free thanks to the Generous gift from the Jack and Marian McCrady Estate, we will be able to spend more time on the Stewardship/Outreach part of our Committee..

Potluck dinners on the second Thursday of most months is a long standing TAPC tradition, and these monthly symbols of hospitality and grace nourish spirits as well as bodies.

The ‘parlor people' in our congregation who make these evening potlucks possible include the Fellowship Committee plus a number of other ladies. The people who served during 2011 were: Vida Minard (Fellowship chair), Judy Crain, Jan Doak, Judy Douglas, Evelyn Moon, Sue Murton, Ginny Scales, Nan Scales, Susan Davis, Shirley MacLeod, Edie Moore, Ileen Parker, and Patty Vogeley. Sincere thanks to all of them for making the Thursday pot-lucks a monthly highlight this past year!
