Combined Officers Meeting (Elders and Deacons) |
|
Saturday,
January 21st at 10:00 a.m. ALL elders and deacons,
those rotating off, those staying on and those newly elected
need to attend this annual meeting. Both boards
organize themselves for the coming year and divide up various
duties among the different committees. This meeting concludes
just before noon.

2012 Congregational Meeting |
|
The January
congregational meeting will be held on Sunday, Jan. 22nd immediately
following the 10 a.m. worship service. The purpose of the
meeting is for the Session to present the 2011 financial reports,
and the 2012 budget and vote on any changes to the terms of
call for the pastor for 2012.

| Linger
For Lunch - January 15th |
|
We suspend
monthly Thursday night pot-lucks during the winter months
and instead Linger for Lunch after worship.
January 15th will be our first Linger for Lunch. Enjoy
a light soup & sandwich lunch beginning at 11:15 a.m.
No need to bring place settings or a dish to pass, but please
consider a donation to the Fellowship Committee, who is furnishing
lunch for us.

gave us on Sunday the 18th. No congregation has ever expressed
their appreciation as often or as generously as TAPC. We have
truly been blessed in our ministry with all of you. Let us pray
