Christian
Education - Plans for our preschool program are moving ahead.
If the various inspections go well, we could have our license
by the end of March.
Stewardship/Finance - The 2010 Budget and Rick's "Terms
of Call" will be presented at the January 24th Congregational
Meeting. Rick's "Terms of Call" remain the same as
2009, with the addition of two additional Sundays off.

2009 Operating Fund Income: $15,389, Expenses: $16.738, Net

2009 Mortgage Reduction Income: $5,435, Expenses, $6030, Net
( -$595.)
Thanks
to increased giving this Fall, both the Operating Fund and
Mortgage Reduction Fund ended the year with positive balances.

PER CAPITA PAYMENTS DUE IN FEBRUARY |
| Our
2010 per capita payment of $21.83 per member to
Presbytery is due in February. Per Capita is one of the costs
of being a Presbyterian. Per capita funds the work of the Presbyterian
Church system. The breakdown is: General Assembly $6.14, Synod,
$3.16, Lake Huron Presbytery $12.50, for a total of $21.83.
You should find a special envelope in your packet for this contribution.
If each member pays for their own, in addition to their
other contributions, the burden on TAPC's budget will be reduced.
Please pay by Feb. 15, 2010. |
