The Fellowship Committee is entering a new year with a new chairperson. Mary Wenzel, the past chairperson for MANY, MANY years has finally found someone who is willing to try and fill her shoes. Vida Minard has agreed to chair the Fellowship Committee this year, and has called a meeting for Tuesday, April 8th at 11:00 a.m.

If you are interested in joining, or just sitting-in to see what plans we are making for the future - you are welcome. BOTH MEN AND WOMEN!!!! Bring your ideas and your calendar, and get involved.
MANY THANKS to Mary for her years of commitment and dedication!!!! You certainly deserve a rest! We also want to acknowledge and thank Bea Martin for over-seeing all of this winter's fellowship events.
AND . . . to all those who provided the excellent Lenten Soup Suppers this year:

Larry and Carol Ellis, Kaye Wergedal, Roxanne Rosenfeld, Paul and Lois Hamilton, Sandy Hollenbeck, Ileen Parker, Shirley MacLeod, Evelyn Moon, Kathy Moore, Lyle Janssen, Ruth Perrigo, Ann Coates and Susan Davis - our appreciation for making our suppers a success!

The April, May, June issue of THESE DAYS, Daily Devotions for Living by Faith is now available in the Narthex.

The last issue focused on JOY. This issue focuses on the themes found in the writings of John Calvin, a leader of the Protestant Reformation. In 2009 we celebrate the 500th anniversary of Calvin's birth and reflect on some of his themes: the sovereignty of God, the priesthood of all believers, the authority of Scripture, and healing and ministering with the disenfranchised.

If you would like to reserve a copy of this issue, please call the office (362-2371), or sign-out your own personal copy on the clipboard in the Narthex.
( A $1.00 donation/per issue is requested to help us defray our costs.)

~ THE CIRCLE OF LIFE ~
As we extend our sympathy to the family of Vern Butler on his death,
we also celebrate the new life
anticipated in the Martin and Hollenbeck families.
